Steve Holland brings more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing as an engineer, business analyst, controller, and manager to his position as Director of the Montana Manufacturing Extension Center, part of the College of Engineering at Montana State University. A majority of his career was spent with Alcoa (Aluminum Company of America ). He also founded and operated S.L. Holland Associates, Inc., a private, virtual consulting alliance.

Steve serves on the Modernization Forum, a national trade association for Manufacturing Extension Partnership members; Montana Chamber of Commerce; Bureau of Business and Economic Research Center at University of Montana; and both the Small Business Development Center Advisory Council and Economic Development Advisory Council for the state of Montana. He is currently a Montana Ambassador.

Steve has P.E., M .S. and B.S. degrees in Industrial & Management Engineering from Montana State University .
