Paddy Fleming

Paddy Fleming brings a wealth of expertise to his position as field engineer for the MilTech program, a strategic alliance between TechLink and the Montana Manufacturing Center.
His areas of expertise include: strategic planning and management; analyses for profit/loss, ratio and financial; automation and equipment justification; preventive maintenance; high performance work systems; and manufacturing equipment and electronics. He has worked as a field engineer for Marquip and has held managerial positions with International Paper and the Missoula, Montana, International Airport. Most recently, he was general manager for Timberline Tool and Casting.
Paddy holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Montana State University and an MBA in business administration and management from Olivet Nazarene University.
