Mitch Hobish is a consultant for TechLink, providing professional proposal reviews and consultation for Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR), Small Business Technical Transfer (STTR), and Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) solicitations. Self-employed for over 18 years and now doing business as Sciential Consulting, most of Mitch’s work involves strategic planning, business development, and strategic communications, including scientific and technical editing. He has worked with government agencies, educational institutions, and business of all sizes, worldwide. His research interests cover a wide range of bioscience-related topics. Mitch has a Ph.D. in biochemistry from The Johns Hopkins University, a B.A. in English with a minor in electrical engineering from the University of Rochester, and a B.S. in biology from Tulane University.
