TechLink assists the Department of Defense in licensing its technologies to industry. This includes screening these technologies for commercial viability, actively marketing selected technologies, helping potential licensees prepare quality license applications and commercialization plans, and facilitating the entire licensing process. In addition, TechLink helps to establish Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs) in support of these licensing projects.

Each abstract on our website links to the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) website where the full patent may be viewed. For some technologies, we have prepared Technology Opportunity Summaries which succinctly present the technology’s key features and benefits, development status, and applications.
